• Check refrigerant pressures and temperatures

• Inspect and lubricate all moving parts (as needed)

• Clean condensate drain line and pan

• Test thermostat operation and calibration

• Inspect visible ductwork condition

• Test all safety controls and limits

• Inspect heat exchanger / heating elements (visual + amp draw)

• Perform full system startup and performance test
